SPP Pumps has signed for new headquarters at Goodman’s Arlington business park in Theale, Berkshire.
The pumps manufacturer is taking 8,219 sq ft on the first floor at Building 1420 on a 10-year lease at a rent of £26 per sq ft.
It is relocating from Pincents Lane in Reading, where it occupies similar-sized offices.
Strutt and Parker and Savills represented Goodman; the tenant was advised by Hicks Baker.
