Tottenham Hotspur Football Club’s London home is the champion of house price rises according to new data.
Homes near Spurs’ White Hart Lane stadium, N17, have risen by the largest percentage in value between June 2013 and June 2014, of any in the vicinity of a Premier League football ground.
Nationwide Building Society said house prices in Haringey rose by 32% during the period to £513,435.
Chelsea and Queens Park Rangers are joint second and third, with prices increasing by 27% to £760,144.
Over the past 10 years, house prices in the local authorities of only three clubs in the current Premier League – Arsenal, Chelsea and QPR – have increased by more than 100%.
