A woman who painted red and white stripes on her £5m Kensington town-house, has been revealed as a serial squabbler.
Zipporah Lisle-Mainwaring, who owns the three-story property, in fact plans to redevelop it as £10m luxury home, with a double-basement.
She has previously been to court over feuds with other neighbours over property redevelopments in Knightsbridge.
