Berkeley Group’s and M&G Real Estate’s joint venture St Edward Homes has unveiled plans to redevelop a 220,000 sq ft block let to the secretary of state for the environment.
The jv is proposing as many as 162 flats, of which 33 will be affordable, and 1,900 sq ft of shops at Ergon House on Horseferry Road and 9 Milbank, SW1.
The plans are being worked up ahead of rolling lease expiries at Ergon House and 9 Millbank. The space is being vacated as part of a government estate contraction. Turley Associates is advising St Edward Homes.
