St Enoch to be brought to market

The St Enoch shopping centre in Glasgow is being prepared for sale.

Ivanhoe Cambridge is expected to seek around £180m – a circa 8% yield – for the 850,000 sq ft city centre mall.

Retailers at St Enoch include Debenhams, BHS, H&M and Boots.

Ivanhoe Cambridge and the US REIT Mills Corporation acquired the shopping centre for around $524m (£346m) in a joint venture in 2005. Ivanhoe Cambridge bought out Mills Corporation’s stake in 2006.

Cushman & Wakefield is advising.
