Training provider QA has taken 20,000 sq ft at Bruntwood’s St James’ scheme in Manchester on a 10-year lease.
The space will be one of 20 learning centres across the UK used by QA to train corporate employees.
The company was previously based in Westminster House on Portland Street, but has decided to relocate its Manchester centre to Oxford Street after 12 years.
Richard Close, partner at Daniel Watney, who represented QA, said: “With the quality of office space on offer at highly competitive rates, it is unsurprising that businesses are flocking to Manchester. Bruntwood is one of the North West’s market-leaders and its redevelopment of St James’ underlines this.”
