St Martins Property Group has bought 150 St Vincent Street in Glasgow for nearly £13m from LNC Properties.
The 66,837 sq ft (6,209sq m) office is let to Cornhill Insurance and The Scottish Ministers.
Nigel Brown, senior executive director at St Martins, said: “We view the purchase as a long term hold offering scope for enhancement in the medium term.”
Jones Lang LaSalle advised St Martins and Insignia Richard Ellis acted for LNC.
