Crown Golf has instructed CBRE to market the St Mellion resort in Cornwall with a price tag of around £40m.
The 325-acre site comprises a golf course designed by Masters champion Jack Nicklaus, an 80-bedroom luxury hotel and health, leisure and conference facilities.
The site has consent for the development of 265 holiday homes.
Gleneagles golf resort in Scotland is also on the market, with a price tag of around £200m.
CBRE is advising Crown Golf.
