St Mods gets the nod for 80,000 sq ft technology hub

St Modwen has been given the go-ahead for a new office headquarters and digital technology centre at its Longbridge Business Park in Birmingham. The £20m development, spanning 80,000 sq ft, will be occupied by digital advertising display manufacturer Allsee Technologies. Longbridge Business Park is currently undergoing a £300m regeneration that will create space for more than 5,000 new jobs. Construction of the new Allsee HQ is due to start in the summer, with an opening scheduled for late 2025. Several new projects at the park are currently moving through planning. Late last month, Switzerland-headquartered Metalor Technologies submitted plans to build 22,000 sq ft of offices and laboratories at the site. View other planning applications in Birmingham >>
