The former boss of O2 Ireland, Danuta Gray, is to replace Bill Shannon as chair of developer St Modwen.
Gray, who will add the role to her portfolio of directorships which include Direct Line Insurance Group, Aldermore Group, Old Mutual and the Defence Board of the UK Ministry of Defence, has been appointed as a non-executive director and chair designate with effect from 1 October 2018.
St Modwen said Gray will work closely with current Shannon over the coming months, in preparation for his handover of the chairmanship at the end of the company’s next annual general meeting scheduled for 29 March 2019.
