St Modwen Properties has appointed Sarah Whitney as a non-executive director.
Whitney’s appointment will start with immediate effect and she will join the audit, nomination and remuneration committees of the board.
Whitney has been director of Whitney Consulting for more than seven years. Prior to that, she was founding director of Metro Dymanics, advising investors and cities.
She was managing director, government and infrastructure, at CBRE for five years between 2007 and 2012. Prior to that, she was managing director, research and consulting, at DTZ from 2003 to 2006.
Prior to this, she was corporate finance partner at PwC for seven years, group finance director at Moat Housing Group for three years and manager corporate finance at Baring Brothers for two years.
She currently is a member of the supervisory board at BBGI, treasurer at UCL, and senior visiting fellow in the department of land economy at the University of Cambridge.
