St Modwen has acquired the 172,000 sq ft industrial estate Vange Wharf, which fronts the A13 at Basildon, Essex.
The fully-let, 7 acre site was purchased from Broomford Vange for an undisclosed sum.
It comprises 90,000 sq ft of industrial buildings and 82,000 sq ft of storage.
The acquisition is part of St Modwen’s strategy to increase space in its South East property portfolio “by the prudent acquisition of sites with asset management and long-term development potential”.
