St Modwen has confirmed that French logistics specialist Daher Sawley is taking a 70,000 sq ft building on its Hilton Business Park in Derbyshire.
EGi revealed last August that the company was quitting its Derby premises, and looking for space at the park.
Daher will move into the £4.5m building in September, and has signed a long-term lease at an initial £4.70 psf.
It’s the first pre-let for the former MoD site since St Modwen acquired it twelve years ago.
The mixed-use scheme now includes around 1,200 homes, and more than 1m sq ft of business space covering 70 acres.
St Modwen was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton, and Innes England acted for Daher Sawley.
