St Modwen is preparing to start work on a new 88,790 sq ft facility at its 78-acre St Modwen Park Chippenham, near Bristol, after securing planning consent.
The scheme is the second phase of development on the site, which is just off Junction 17 of the M4. A 106, 200 sq ft unit has recently been completed.
St Modwen said the speculative second unit would have an internal height of 12.5m, 67 car parking spaces – including 10 electric car charging points – a yard depth of 50m, and an A EPC rating.
