St Modwen as gained planning consent for the next phase of its £42m Quedgeley West Business Park scheme in Gloucestershire.
Stroud district council has approved the final phase of development on the 32-acre industrial and distribution site, located near junction 12 of the M5.
The new facility will house Lister Petter, a global manufacturer, from spring 2014.
The company is currently based at the £150m Littlecombe scheme in Dursley, Gloucestershire, which is being developed by landowner Stroud district council in partnership with St Modwen.
Littlecombe is a 92 acre regeneration project for new homes, businesses and community space built on brownfield land.
The approved proposals also include an additional 32,000 sq ft building capable of sub-division into two units.
To date, more than 320,000 sq ft of industrial and distribution space has been leased or sold at the Quedgeley West Business Park to occupiers including Schlumberger, CM Downton and City Link.
The remaining eight acres will provide accommodation from 10,000 sq ft to 45,000 sq ft to meet occupier requirements and to purchase or rent.
