St Modwen has been granted detailed planning consent to develop 211,260 sq ft of employment space for the third phase of its Henley Business Park near Guildford, Surrey.
The existing factory buildings on the site will be replaced with modern units ranging from 2,000 sq ft – 80,000 sq ft.
Henley Business Park, located at Pirbright Road, Normandy, forms part of the 183-acre former Vokes’ factory which St. Modwen acquired in 2002.
