Kuehne + Nagel has struck a deal with St Modwen for a short-term lease on a 200,000 sq ft shed in Derbyshire.
The Swiss logistics firm has agreed a three-year lease with a break at 12 months at the 80-acre Hilton Business Park, paying £1.75 per sq ft. The shed will be used to service K+N clients, including B&Q.
Around eight acres of land remain available for development on the park, with the potential for a 450,000 sq ft shed.
