St Modwen Properties has appointed British Land’s Robert Hudson as its group finance director.
Hudson will join the firm in October, following four years at British Land.
He began his career at PwC before moving to Experian PLC in 2000 where he held a number of senior financial roles, including UK finance director.
Mike Dunn, St Modwen’s current group finance director, will step down on 31 May 2015. Andy Taylor, who joined in July 2007 as group financial controller, will become acting group finance director until Hudson joins.
Bill Oliver, St Modwen’s chief executive, said: “Rob’s wide-ranging financial skills and experience combined with his property sector knowledge will make him an excellent addition to the company.”
