St Modwen Homes has announced five projects across England that will deliver more than 1,100 new homes.
The company will invest more than £85m in the schemes in Lancashire, Kent, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and London.
The developments include 28.6 acres of land in Ditton Edge, Kent, with planning permission for 300 homes; 116 homes in Coalville, Leicestershire; 267 homes in Uxbridge at the former RAF Uxbridge; 300 homes in Newark, Nottinghamshire; and 128 homes in Chorley, Lancashire.
St Modwen announced earlier this week that it is merging its strategic land division with its St Modwen Homes arm as part of plans to double the size of the business over the next five years.
