St Modwen Properties today announced that finance director Bill Oliver is to be its next chief executive, in a major reshuffle of its senior staff.
The investment and development company is immediately seeking a finance director to replace Oliver, who will become managing director when his replacement has been appointed.
St Modwen said that, “when the time is right”, Oliver will become chief executive after an interim period as managing director, while chief executive/deputy chairman Anthony Glossop will become chairman, and chairman Stanley Clarke will become life president, while remaining a director.
