St Modwen has lodged plans for the next phase of the £400m Locking Parklands scheme at the 200-acre former RAF Locking site in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.
The plans, including a further 1,200 homes and 650,000 sq ft of commercial space, were lodged with North Somerset council this week.
The scheme is being developed in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency.
The first two phases included a total of 250 homes and 6,000 sq ft of offices. A decision is expected later this year.
