Key Property Investments, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties and Kuwait-based Salhia Real Estate, has let a 110,000 sq ft warehouse at Trafford Park in Manchester.
Malikson Warehousing has taken a ten-year lease on the building on the Westinghouse Road Estate at an initial rent of £1.75 per sq ft.
St Modwen says the deal was completed within 72 hours of the initial enquiry.
The firm’s Paul Batho said: “We are very pleased to have secured such a significant letting at Trafford Park in such a short time span.
“The deal is a good example of St Modwen’s ability to react swiftly to satisfy occupier needs.”
The landlord was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton while Eddisons acted for Malikson.
