Marshall Fleet Solutions, a commercial vehicle services company specialising in fleet management, tail lifts and refrigeration, has taken 10,260 has agreed to take 10,260 sq ft of space at St. Modwen’s £260m industrial and logistics site, St Modwen Park Access 18, in Avonmouth, Bristol.
The firm has agreed to take the space on a 10-year lease.
Other tenants within the 1.2m sq ft warehouse and industrial space being delivered at the site include Ocado Retail, Hermes Parcelnet, Peugeot and leading healthcare distributor Movianto.
St Modwen’s industrial and logistics development director Peter Davies said: “Access 18 provides exceptionally well-located, flexible working space with a variety of units for businesses of all scopes and sizes. The occupiers secured to date show how attractive the scheme is to those operating in the logistics and manufacturing sectors and we look forward to welcoming more businesses of this nature in the near future.”
