St Modwen Developments has sold the new 62,000 sq ft Screwfix Direct HQ, in Yeovil, Somerset, to Albemarle Syndicates for more than £10.5m.
Screwfix, the UK’s largest direct supplier of screws, fittings and tools to tradesmen, has shifted into one building at Houndstone Business Park from various sites in the town.
The firm has taken a 25 year lease at an initial rent of circa £625,000 per annum.
