St Modwen Developments has signed the first new tenant to its Brockton Business Park in Shropshire since it bought the scheme in early 2005.
Paper products manufacturer Sanita UK has taken almost 38,000 sq ft of space at the Telford location, on an eight-year lease.
St Modwen bought the park from Dailycer for £5.2m, and has since rolled out a £12.5m refurbishment and development programme.
The original premises had 230,000 sq ft of mainly industrial space, which has now been split into self-contained units of around 40,000 sq ft.
St Modwen has also just won consent for 90,000 sq ft of new space, which will be built speculatively.
