St Modwen has secured three new tenants at its £150m Littlecombe mixed-use scheme in Dursley, Gloucestershire.
Access RM, Cairns Associates and Future Foods have all agreed to take space at the 21,250 sq ft Drake House building, being marketed by Ash 7 Co.
The companies have joined four other tenants at the refurbished property, which is part of the scheme’s first phase of development.
The largest occupier, Futura Foods UK Ltd has relocated from its former head office in Tetbury to a 4,273 sq ft suite.
Kate Cairns Associates, a training and consultancy practice working with vulnerable children and young people, has moved to a 506 sq ft office, while London-based firm, Access RM, has opened a 850 sq ft administration office.
