St Modwen has won consent for two residential schemes in the Midlands.
The regeneration specialist will now develop up to 550 homes and a primary school at its Meon Vale scheme near Stratford-upon-Avon.
St Modwen has also been given the go-ahead to build 132 houses on land off Stanley Matthews Way in Stoke-on-Trent.
Highway improvement works will now start on site at the former MoD site at Meon Vale, while 192 affordable homes will also be built in this phase, alongside a 300-lodge self-catering holiday village to be relocated on the site.
Work will start on site later this spring for the homes off Stanley Matthews Way. The site, named Trentham Manor, marks St Modwen’s first development in Trentham. The first phase comprises a range of family houses.
