St Modwen has been selected by Bury Council as development partner for the 17-acre Chamberhall Business Park.
The regeneration specialist plans to deliver an office-led scheme, the first phase of which will comprise more than 40,000 sq ft of workspace.
The business park, which forms part of the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities’ investment pipeline, is located next to the town centre and close to the motorway network on Magdalene Road.
St Modwen development manager David Nuttall said: “We believe that there is strong demand for high quality business accommodation in Bury and we are confident that we will receive cross-sector interest from occupiers from within the town and further afield.”
