St Modwen has unveiled new images of its £150m Great Homer Street scheme, known as Project Jennifer, in Liverpool.
The developer hopes to start work on the 45-acre project, which will be anchored by a 110,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s and include 80,000 sq ft of shops, 480 homes and 80,000 sq ft of light industrial space, in the spring.
The Sainsbury’s supermarket will open in 2016. Consent has been granted by Liverpool city council, which is partnering on the scheme.
