St Modwen has unveiled plans to convert Manor Park near Coleshill, Warwickshire, into a mixed use development including a hotel, offices and a golf course.
Development director Derek West said St Modwen wants to remodel the existing listed manor house and 10 outbuildings into a 60 bedroom-plus hotel and golf course.
The scheme is subject to planning consent but West is optimistic that it will get the go ahead. He said: “Because the scheme falls within the green belt proposals like this would not be a problem.”
Earlier this year St Modwen bought out Bryant Group’s development agreement with the Health Authority, which includes planning consent for 12,542 sq m (135,000 sq ft) offices on the 16 ha (40 acre) site.
