The combined Staff College for training officers from all three Armed Forces is officially opened today.
The building, the biggest private-public partnership undertaken by the government for a single site, is outside the Old Military college of Science at Shrivenham, Wiltshire.
It will take over from the single staff colleges at Greenwich, south-east London, Camberley, Surrey and Bracknell, Berkshire.
