Stakis is thought to be about to spend £7.8m on Puckrup Hall, an 84-bedroom hotel and golf club in Tewkesbury, Hereford & Worcester. Knight Frank is acting on behalf of the vendor Country Mansion Hotels. The hotel has planning consent for a further 50 bedrooms.
