Around two-thirds of economists polled by Bloomberg do not expect the recent stamp duty reductions by Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne to add to the chances of the U.K. property market overheating.
While the move will provide a boost to the market, tougher mortgage rules could lessen its impact.
