AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has sold Ascent Park in Harlow to Standard Life Investments for just under £10m.
The purchase of the 5.6-acre trade park, which comprises nine properties, represents a yield of 6.2%.
AXA senior fund manager James Owen said: “We intend to use the proceeds from the sale to help a number of asset management opportunities we have identified within the rest of the portfolio.”
