Ford Design and communications company ACC Long Distance UK have taken a total of 1,021 sq m (11,000 sq ft) at Standard Life’s Redcliff Quay in Bristol city centre which has been on the market for more than five years.
The deals mean that 60% of the 10033 sq m (108,000 sq ft) city centre development is occupied.Ford has taken 557m2 (6,000 sq ft) on a 10 year lease at a rent of £172.23 per sq m (£16 per sq ft) while ACC has signed up for 464 sq m (5,000 sq ft) on similar terms.
