Standard Life gets go-ahead for Westminster Savannah House refit

Savannah House, SW1 – a 58,500 sq ft refurbishment by Standard Life Investments – has been given the go-ahead by Westminster council. Standard Life will begin construction of the £25m scheme on 11 Charles II Street in July. Completion is scheduled for October next year. Savannah House will be the only grade A office space to come online in St James’s in 2008. Plans include a new top floor with roof terrace overlooking St James’s Park. Sidell Gibson is the architect.
