Standard Life lets floor at 22 Chancery Lane

Standard Life has let the second floor at 22 Chancery Lane, WC2, to Fentons Solicitors.   The new tenant has taken 5,870 sq ft in the 39,000 sq ft building on a 10-year lease at £38.50 per sq ft. The letting leaves two floors still available in the new development, with quoting rents of £22.50 per sq ft. Other tenants in the building include accountants Dixon Wilson and Trucost, an environmental research company. Lisa Moran, director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “22 Chancery Lane offers superb new offices in the heart of Midtown. We have been fortunate to attract a range off occupiers and we are delighted to have secured our first legal tenant relocating from Bloomsbury.”   Office Planet advised Fentons.
