Standard Life Investments has bought the freehold of The Gateway Shopping Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, for £20.7m on behalf of its UK Property Fund.
The company said the purchase price represents an initial yield of 5.7%.
Purchased from developer Parkridge, The Gateway Shopping Park was completed in 2009 and includes six retail warehouses totalling 56,630 sq ft and a 226-space car park.
The retail units are let to Next, New Look, Argos, Boots and Brantano.
Standard Life Investments was represented by Stockford Staunton and King Sturge represented Parkridge.
