Standard Life’s 30 Old Burlington, W1, is fully let after law firm Davenport Lyons took a nine-year lease on 17,250 sq ft.
Davenport Lyons will pay just under £40 per sq ft over five years, rising to £46 per sq ft from the sixth year.
