Standard Life has appointed agents to find new occupiers to replace outgoing tenant the Co-operative Group at Fareham industrial park, Hampshire.
A total of 100,000 sq ft at units 13-19 on Standard Way will be refurbished and available from November.
The Co-operative has been at the site since the 1970s, but is now vacating entirely to its new 500,000 sq ft distribution centre in Andover.
