Standard Life is selling a 50% stake in a £460m London office portfolio.
The Edinburgh-based insurer and asset manager has appointed Strutt & Parker to market the portfolio. Standard Life will continue to manage the properties.
The headquarters of investment manager Sarasin & Partners, Juxon House, EC4, is the largest asset in the portfolio and a stake in it is being offered for £129m.
Other properties include Endeavour House, Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2, where Bauer Media is based; 10 Piccadilly, W1; 12 Charles II Street, SW1; and The Exchange, Victoria Street, SW1.
