Stanhope has submitted two planning applications for sites in Hammersmith and Fulham, SW6, owned by the council.
Edith Summerskill House on the Clem Attlee estate, Fulham, will provide 133 low-cost homes, the vast majority for social rent. Watermeadow Court on Townmead Road in Sands End, Fulham, will provide 219 homes for market sale.
Stanhope will develop Watermeadow Court and intends to appoint a housing association after planning to develop, own and manage Edith Summerskill House.
Henley Halebrown Rorrison are the architects for Edith Summerskill House and Darling Associates for Watermeadow Court.
Subject to planning permission, the two projects expect to start construction in 2018.
