Stanhope signs two gyms to White City Place

Gyms Studio Lagree and F45 have agreed deals with Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan to take space in the WestWorks building at White City Place, W12.

Both gyms will each occupy 4,000 sq ft studios, and will serve local residents and workers alike.

F45, short for Functional 45 Training, is a circuit-based training gym that incorporates the latest innovation in fitness-based technology to produce high-intensity sessions and boasts English and Lions rugby player James Haskell as its UK Ambassador.

Founded by Australian former equities trader, Rob Deutsch, F45 has a global fitness empire now spanning 26 countries, 1000 members and will have an anticipated 1,150 franchises by the end of 2017. Alongside F45’s new White City branch there will be 31 new sites in the UK and Ireland opening over the next 12 months.

Studio Lagree is a studio concept workout designed by Sebastien Lagree’ that incorporates the latest M3 Megaformer machines – a  system of resistance and counter-resistance used to place muscles under constant tension and work them to failure point.  

WestWorks will provide over 290,000 sq ft of office space, with a WiFi-enabled co-working reception and bright, modern floors overlooking central gardens and terraces.
