Stanhope is the developer on a project to build a new 15-storey headquarters for NM Rothschild in St Swithin’s Lane, in the City of London.
The investment bank is poised to submit a planning application to replace its existing buildings which are at New Court.
It is believed to have hired Rem Koolhaas to draw up plans for the new building.
