The Power Corporation has let 20,000 sq ft at its Trocadero Centre near Piccadilly Circus, W1, to international restaurant group Planet Hollywood.
A 25-year lease, with five-yearly upwards-only reviews, has been signed. And, after an initial six-month rent-free period, the rent starts at £650,000 pa, with an annual £25,000 increase up to £750,000 pa in year five.
The restaurant, which is being developed in partnership with entrepreneur John Chesterman, should be open by Christmas and incorporates a 90-seat preview theatre. Adlers advised the tenant.
