Starlizard takes Jamestown Wharf office space

Gaming company Starlizard has taken office space at Jamestown Wharf in Camden Town at a rent of £67.50 per sq ft.

It is understood that Starlizard’s parent company, AGB Properties (Woking) Ltd, has signed a 10-year lease for 46,000 sq ft at 32 Jamestown Road, NW1.

The seven-storey office block is located on the north side of the road and fronts Camden Lock. London & Regional Properties owns the freehold of the site and completed construction in 2017.

Starlizard will move into its new headquarters next year, following the kit-out. It will be the first occupier of the 63,600 sq ft development and will take the ground and first to third floors.

Tech recruitment business Elements Talent Solutions will take 12,100 sq ft on the fourth floor, while 5,500 sq ft on the fifth floor is still available to let.

Edward Charles & Partners advised L&R. Starlizard did not have a representative. Starlizard confirmed the expected move. Edward Charles & Partners declined to comment. L&R was approached for comment.
