The Estates Gazette Rising Stars were out in force at the LREF Next Generation event.
The EG 15 stars of 2015 were celebrated at the reception where speakers included deputy London mayor Sir Edward Lister and Gardiner & Theobald partner Adam Glover.
Estates Gazette editor Damian Wild, who welcomed guests to the reception, said: “Many of you have already made your mark on this fine city. You have years of success under your belts – and no doubt years of success ahead of them too.
“But there are still others whose imprint on the spaces around us will be made in the years ahead. Dotted around the room we have some of the very best of the next generation.”
Krishan Pattni, rising star and co-founder of tech-enabled affordable housing company Latis Homes said: “It is great that the industry’s young innovators are able to gather together at an event like this. And we are proof that youth and inexperience do not have to stand in the way of innovation.”
Lister added that youth – and more stock in the capital – would be crucial for the future of London.
He said: “Just build double what you are building now. That will make us happy.”
