Ascend Properties has been appointed by Start Living to manage its national portfolio of more than 700 built-to-rent single-family homes.
The mandate incorporates leasing and property management activity across the Start Living platform, at schemes across the West and East Midlands, Merseyside and Lincolnshire.
In addition to Start Living, Ascend holds a number of single-family BTR platforms in locations across the UK, with its multi-family BTR and buy-to-let capabilities bringing the amount of homes under its management to more than 11,000.
