Stella McCartney and the Royal College of Arts are in talks to take space in the BBC’s former Media Centre in White City.
McCartney’s fashion house is thought to be looking at taking 40,000 sq ft of office and studio space in Garden House, while the Royal College of Arts is contemplating opening a campus on the site.
Developer Stanhope’s chief executive, David Camp, said the company and Television Centre would deliver nearly 2m sq ft of office space and some 1,000 homes in the next five years.
