London & Continental Railways’ managing director Stephen Jordan is retiring from the business.
A note to friends and colleagues said: “After more than 15 years of looking after LCR’s stations and property interests, Stephen has decided it is time to end his daily commute and retire.”
In May, LCR signed a joint venture agreement with Australian developer Lend Lease to build a £1.3bn office district on the Stratford City site in east London, which they hope will rival nearby Canary Wharf.
